color the rainbow + free printable

watching ben learn has been one of my favorite things of being a mom.  i'm pretty sure when he gets old enough for homework, i'll be the mom having to youtube for help. he remembers everything & knows so much already.. not trying to brag or anything. he thoroughly enjoys learning activities & that makes this mama very excited.  hopefully that sticks around when he's older.

we've been working on colors lately & it makes my heart so warm and proud when he knows the correct color.  sometimes he gets that silly stubbornness & shouts "green!" when he clearly answered "yellow" the day before.  boys...

i put together a quick and simple rainbow color sheet for filling in. while coloring in the lines may be hard for a three year, there's a few options that can be used instead.

-gluing colored tissue paper pieces
-fingerprint painting
-painting with the end of a q-tip
-gluing colored rice

before you display your work of art, be sure to have your little glue some cotton ball pieces on the clouds for a great effect.

happy coloring! & if you print and use, be sure to link back to us so we can see your finished product!
